The last of the vehicles is CounterArrow which is an Indy Formula race car.  It's color scheme is made up of pearl white, blue, black, and red.  There is a black arrow outlined in red on the nose/canopy, a red "1" painted on side intakes, and "™ TRANSFORMERS" printed in white on the tailfin.

Not much else to say since all vehicles have the same transformation, moving parts, and simple color schemes.

One thing to note is that the exhaust pipes on each of the vehicles provide support and forms part of their feet.

Upon closer inspection of each vehicle I noticed the trademark stamp underneath;
