 TRANSFORMERS: CAR ROBOT

DANGER (D-007)

VEHICLE MODE:  Danger is a re-colored "Brawl" (green) which now is a Desert Camouflaged Tank.  This is an awesome looking take with its’ Desert Shield/Storm colors (brown/black/cream/gray-brown) and is about 3 3/4" in length.  Danger’s black turret can rotate 360 degrees and even though the tracks don’t move, he can still roll since there are 4 little tires.  The left-front side is the military Autobot symbol and no other marking (stickers) noted.  Danger has 2 weapons which are the DangerGun (rapid firing Laser pistol) and DangerCannon with each colored in the same gray-brown as his tracks.   The base of the DangerCannon connects to 2 portholes just behind the turret and has a hinge-like joint that allows the barrels face forward above the turret.  There isn’t a place to store his pistol when he’s in vehicle mode according to the instruction sheet, but thanks to Spencer Orbell, there’s a nice place between the barrels that have a porthole for his pistol.  With the pistol in place, is can also serve as the DangerCannon’s sight.  Pretty nifty if I say so myself.

Danger is yet another simple figure with limited articulation.    His appearance in vehicle mode is the best of all the Combatrons in my opinion.

The above photo shows Danger in both Vehicle and Robot Modes.

Here's a close up photo of Danger's head with his Orange painted eyes.

ROBOT MODE:  Transformation is also quite easy with Danger.   The first thing you need to do is raise the turret at the base.  Don’t worry about pulling it off from the tanks body because it isn’t removable.  Now extend the front of the tank by pulling it out then down revealing Danger’s head.   Next, rotate the rear part of the tank 180 degrees creating the robots feet (note: there are 2 holes underneath his feet for Baldigus’ left or right fists/feet).   Last thing to do is push the turret back in and insert his pistol into his fist.   Danger’s head is gray-brown in color with orange painted eyes. Underneath his torso is a piece that can be extended so that it can be connected to Baldigus’ shoulder in "Land Mission" mode.
